The bioinformatician will be dedicated to work on several projets in the frame of fundamental and translational immunology research projects regarding neoantigen epitope prediction, CD8+ and CD4+ Tconv and Tregs cell biology and anti-tumor responses. This will require analysis of large datasets generated from single cell RNAseq associated with TCRseq, single cell ATACseq, whole exome sequencing and bulk expression studies. The candidate will have to supervise the work of other junior bio-informaticians. The initial contract is for 3 years.
